These replacement kits were made to replace the cheaply made trihubs that are known for bearing & wheel failures and rubber separating from the wheel. Stealth kits replace the your original trihub with, 4 heavy duty wheels larger replaceable bearings, 2012-18 models get outside wheel mounts, larger diameter axle, billet axle end pieces that replace the cheap cast ones that are prone to breaking. 2019 to current models come with four Avid heavy duty wheels and five aluminum spacers to replace all plastics. The axle that comes from the factory is heavy duty and will be reused.
We recommend bearing changes every 8 - 10 thousand miles.
